There is pervasive fraud in government healthcare programs
Fraud infests federal healthcare programs. The main reason: no one is spending their own money. This leaves federal taxpayers on the hook for corrupt and incompetent management. Medicaid and Obamacare are structured to move vast sums of money to insurers and healthcare providers based on eligibility determinations that are weakly verified and poorly enforced, creating opportunities for abuse.
