Rat Poison Found in HiPP Baby Food in Austria, Prompting Recall

Baby food manufacturer HiPP has recalled jars of its product in Austria after samples tested positive for rat poison. The contamination, which officials suspect may be due to tampering, has also been found in products from Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
