Trump Administration to Launch Tariff Refund Portal

The U.S. government is set to launch an online portal called CAPE on April 20 for businesses to request refunds for tariffs deemed illegal by the Supreme Court. The portal will allow companies to file claims for tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).
