White House Details U.S.-Venezuela Oil Deal With NABEP
The Trump administration announced an agreement granting North American Blue Energy Partners long-term concessions to develop 17 Venezuelan oil fields containing about 65 billion barrels of reserves. The U.S. government will hold a 35% stake and receive significant control over production and purchases.
