Anthropic Reports Attempts to Misuse Claude for Biological Weapons
Anthropic said it disrupted efforts by scientists and other malicious actors to use Claude for biological-weapons research, cyberattacks, surveillance, and influence operations. The company described the biological research as among the most serious risks posed by frontier AI.
